It’s a real shame I have to put this review, because my son really enjoyed attending this preschool. He was there from the age of 1 to the age of 5.

During his time there, his education was high quality and his experience was top notch. But ever since previous management was replaced by Ali, I can say that simple requests are going unheard and it seems like they don’t care about what parents need. In the past, management has given me a statement for me to reconcile against for taxes, which I have requested, and after being told on the phone I would have it right away, there is now silence. Two emails and two phone calls with a voicemail later, it seems like ignoring me is the option they’ve chosen. We absolutely have loved Treehouse for our son. We moved from out of state and were looking for the best possible option and we are so glad that we chose treehouse— From the environment, to the teachers and the activities for the kiddos.

The entire staff is amazing and so extremely thoughtful. If our son didn’t age out and move to elementary school, we would have kept him at treehouse.

Enrolling my daughter at The TreeHouse Preschool Academy was one of the best decisions I made for her! She grew emotionally, mentally, and physically with their help. I was a stay at home Mom that needed to go back to work so I needed a place that truly cared for her. The owners are truly blessed to have such a wonderful Director. Mrs. Grace and Mrs. Chrystal have exceeded all of my expectations as Roman’s teachers. Every time I pick him up, he’s excited to tell me about what he learned that day, and he always has a smile on his face. Seeing how happy he is and how much he’s learning means so much to me. They truly care about their students and create an environment where children can grow, learn, and build confidence. Treehouse Academy has been such an amazing school for my child. The teachers truly care about each and every child, and it shows every day. My child lights up whenever they see their teachers and is always excited to go to school.

The staff is incredibly patient, kind, and dedicated. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and I am so grateful for the love, guidance, and support they have given my child. They have helped create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can learn and grow.

As my child continues their journey, we will truly miss this school and the wonderful people who make it so special. A special thank you to Ms. Carmen and the entire staff for everything you do. We have a wonderful experience with everyone works there. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and caring, and they truly create a nurturing environment for the children. The teachers keep the kids engaged with fun and educational activities every day while encouraging independence, including helping with potty training. They also have great communication with parents and always keep us informed about their day and progress. We also really appreciate the director, who has been thoughtful, supportive, and flexible with our family. I’m an uncle of a student, and every time I meet my nephew and hear him talk about school, I can tell it’s truly a great place. Our fridge at home is covered with drawings he’s made, and I’ve noticed how much his craft and drawing skills have improved — it really feels like the school nurtures creativity. On February 2025 we went to the Treehouse Preschool Academy. The director provided us a tour of the facility, and their monthly lunch menu.  I  am extremely happy to see the diversity of the school's attention, dedication, and committed to provide healthy meals.  The one thing that surprised me,  and make me extremely happy is they offer fried yellow banana. My granddaughter loves them. I wanted to thank Ms. Carmen and her staff for being there. Our daughter transitioned to Treehouse about a year ago for Pre-K. The no nap policy, the focus on play-based education, small classes, and the helpful staff were all the reasons we know we choose the correct place for us. When we moved from Campus Town, our top priority was finding a school that felt safe and fostered a family-like atmosphere, especially for a bilingual child. We were also drawn to the fact that the school emphasized healthy meals made with organic ingredients.

After attending Tree House for over two years, our child is now about to graduate from kindergarten. One of the things we appreciated most was the large, safe grassy field where the children could run and play freely. It’s one of the things we’ll miss the most when leaving Tree House.

Before joining Tree House, our child was cautious and timid in many situations. But through his time here, he's become more confident and active. This transformation has been one of the greatest outcomes for us.

I wholeheartedly recommend this preschool to other families, and we are especially grateful to the kind and caring teachers who have supported and nurtured our child every step of the way.
